What areas do you serve with your photography?
We proudly offer professional real estate photography primarily Central Massachusetts and the surrounding communities. We are always expanding though. Please reach out to us if you are unsure we cover your property area.
How soon can I receive my photos after a shoot?
Typically, your high-quality images are delivered within 24-48 hours of the session. Express services are available for 12 hours if needed.
Do you provide additional services besides photography?
Yes, we offer drone photography, floor plans, Zillow tours and 3D virtual tours.
What do I have to do before you arrive at the property to take photos?
We will share a check list with the real estate salesperson to be sure all is in order. In short, all personal belongings (other than furniture and limited decorations) should be out of site and inside and outside tidy.
Can I schedule a shoot for a property that is currently occupied?
Absolutely, we work with homeowners and agents to showcase occupied homes beautifully and professionally. Typically the sellers agent will be present to make the client more comfortable, but this is not required.
How much time do you need to take the photos?
Time varies from 30 minutes and up, depending on property size, condition preparedness. We always do our best to make the process as speedy as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellation with 24 hours notice. We understand life happens and will do our best to work with you.
Do I need to be home when you are here?
This is your preference and is certainly welcome. Many times your real estate salesperson comes if available.
How many images do you take?
Our pricing is by square footage of the property. We will take as many images needed to properly show it in its best light! We also, work with the real estate salesperson/contact person if there are special requests/needs.
Can I use the images as I please?
Trueframe Real Estate Photography retains the copyright on all images and video content. However, you can use the images in anyway you like for marketing your property. You can not sell the images without permission.
